Paul Reilly

Managing Director

Paul graduated from the University of Limerick with an Industrial Engineering Degree. Prior to becoming Managing Director of United Drug in 2014 Paul held several senior roles in Engineering and Operations across Ireland and North America through which he has developed extensive leadership, strategy development, operational and risk management skills.

Jim McAuliffe

Finance Director

Jim is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has held senior roles in Healthcare and Professional Services. He has in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and related regulatory and governance requirements. As Finance Director, Jim also has responsibility for our Audit and SOx functions.

Tracy

Tracy O'Brien

Human Resources Director

Tracy holds a MSc in Organisational Psychology, Post Graduate Diplomas in Business and HR as well as a primary degree in Psychology. She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Tracy has worked in a variety of senior roles, primarily in the HR field in Retail, Manufacturing and Banking. Tracy, as HR Director, is responsible for our people, their learning and development and internal communication.

Catherine Cummins

Operations Director

Catherine holds an Msc in Instrumental Analysis, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Validation Technology as well as primary degree in Science and a green belt. Catherine has previously worked in a variety of senior roles in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors. Catherine, as Operations Director, is responsible for our Operations, Quality and IT functions.

Stephen O'Donoghue

Procurement Director

Stephen is a graduate of The Marketing Institute of Ireland. Stephen has held various Marketing, Commercial and Purchasing roles within the business and is now responsible for our Procurement Function. Stephen has an in-depth knowledge of how to develop and maintain long term supplier partnerships coupled with a very strong commercial acumen and is focused on delivering an appropriate strategic customer offering to support the business.

Consumer Director

Christy is a graduate from University of Limerick with a degree in Business Studies. Christy has held a number of senior commercial roles in the FMCG sector and is now the Consumer Director heading business units such as Pemberton, Profitlines, Intrapharma, Blackhall and Orthodontological Supplies.

Distribution & Hospitals Director

David is a Graduate of the Marketing Institute and is the Director of the United Drug Distributors and Hospitals division in the Republic of Ireland. David previously held senior roles in the Wholesale and Life Sciences sectors.

Graham

Graham Dowling

Head of Legal and Compliance

Graham is a Graduate of Trinity College Dublin and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of Ireland. As Head of Legal and Compliance Graham has responsibility for the Legal and Compliance functions within the business. Graham has held previous positions with Vodafone Ireland and Mc Cann Fitzgerald Solicitors.
