Social Media Specialist – LloydsPharmacy
Responsible for the management of our social media channels and strategy, including developing and implementing an engaging social media and content strategy, building targeted ad campaigns and customer engagement strategies to grow our brand awareness, engagement, revenue and enhancing our online presence.
Assitant Accountant
The Assistant Accountant will have an active role in month end reporting and ensuring a strong control environment through analysis and reconcilliations supported by colleagues within the finance team. The nature and focus of this role will require the ability to take initiative and to work well under pressure.
Head of Programme Management
The Head of Programme Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of a PMO across the PHX Ireland Irish entities. This is a new role and a newly formed function. The PMO will be the centralized department or function that establishes and maintains project management standards, practices, and processes across the organisation. This role will have close ties with centre of excellences that exist across the Phoenix Group and will lead out on best practices and project management of all transformational, investment local projects and liaise with Phoenix Group on the local deliverables of central asks.
HR Business Partner
LloydsPharmacy Ireland requires a HR Business Partner to provide a broad range of strategic HR and employment engagement services. The HRBP will work closely with senior leaders in the organization to proactively support their organisations, develop the culture of the business as well as oversee talent development support and employee relations for the teams. The position is located at our Dublin, Citywest office but will also support colleagues/employees in a variety of locations. The individual must operate as a strong team player, leveraging relationship skills and business expertise. The HRBP will develop strong working relationships, take a consultative approach and act as a key advisor to members of the leadership team.
IT Support Analyst
The IT Support Analyst role will sit within the Service Desk & Shared Systems team reporting into the IT Service Support Delivery Manager for Ireland. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible in providing exceptional, high-quality, professional client hardware and application support to the internal Irish business user community.
HR Coordinator
HR Team at PHX Ireland are looking to hire a HR Co-Ordinator to join their team. The HR Operations team aims to bring PHX Ireland to a best-in-class HR function; including the implementation of systems and processes to deliver consistent and high-standard HR services to the business.
The role holder must be a strong team player focused on consistent delivery of HR Services to all our customers. The HR Operations Team provides centralised human resource services to the various legal entities within the remit of PHX Ireland. This role holder will be able to work in a high volume, quick paced environment and will provide timely administrative support to all customers and ensure that all HR Administration tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Employee Relations Business Partner
Work as part of a team to contribute to the development of the HR function by delivering our ER strategy that is aligned with business needs. The role will combine an ability to work at an operational level to deliver on role objectives as well as identify trends in employee relations practice and implement remedies as required. The role will drive positive Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Communications experiences.
