When you purchase goods from us, you’ll appreciate there are certain terms we apply. You can access these terms in full here. Should you have any queries about our terms of sale, you should contact your account manager. The key terms you need to be aware of are as follows:

• Ownership of any goods purchased shall not pass to you until we have received in full all sums due in respect of the goods purchased;

• We reserve the right to enter your premises and remove any goods sold to you in circumstances where we either know or have reason to believe that you may not be able to pay for same in full or you are in breach of our terms; and
  
  
• Whilst you should read our terms in full, we would particularly refer you to clause 6 (Cancellations/Returns Policy) and clause 8 (Limitations of Liability).
