We were ecstatic to have won the 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 — 𝙋𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 award at the Irish Healthcare Awards for our United Drug, Pharmacy Webinar Series.

United Drug are extremely proud of our teams and the fantastic work that they do. The United Drug Marketing team includes Dervila Mc Garry – Head Of Marketing, Lucia Maria Onofri – Brand and Digital Marketing Manager, and Julie Nicholl-Flood – Senior Digital Marketing Executive along with our Superintendent Pharmacist at LloydsPharmacy Ireland, Denis O'Driscoll and Clinical Governance Pharmacist Martin Hynes have been instrumental in delivering our webinar programme to pharmacists nationwide.

The United Drug Distribution team were highly commended at the awards ceremony for their role in delivering the vaccination programme, having been shortlisted for the 𝘐𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥'𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘥-19 𝘝𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘦 category. The team had previously won an award for their 𝘊𝘖𝘝𝘐𝘋-19 𝘊𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘴 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦 at the Pharma Industry Awards in November.

The oncology nursing team at our sister company TCP Homecare, were also shortlisted in the 𝘕𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 category. The team Sarah, Barbara, Lisa and Vanessa who are ably assisted by colleagues Karen and Sophie in the Patient Care Bureau were shortlisted for their work in the 𝘖𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 𝘖𝘶𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴. The team had already won the 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳 award at the Healthtech awards the previous week, great acknowledgement for some wonderful work.
