2020 has had a huge impact on every aspect of our lives, with particular implications for healthcare in general, and for pharmacy in particular. With this, United Drug are delighted to welcome their customers back to register for the first of their 2021 Pharmacy Webinar Series.

With the success of their 2020 webinars, this year they aim to continue to provide ongoing business support and valuable industry insight to guide their customers in maximising their businesses following the challenges and impact of the pandemic. In doing so, United Drug will yet again welcome some of the industry’s top guest speakers to share their insight into pharmacy trends, business growth areas and innovations.

In January, they are looking forward to kick starting their webinar series with Larry Ryan from B&A. Larry Ryan has worked as a market researcher for more than 30 years and has been studying pharmacy in depth since 2006.

Research & Insight specialists B&A have been studying the impact of the pandemic on consumer behaviour and indeed on their basic health and psychology since March. Apart from a series of local and international projects, examining the pandemics impact across many areas, they have undertaken specific project work on pharmacy with support from the IPU and IPHA.

Key takeaways from this webinar will include: understanding of the psychology of your customer and the ways in which they have changed, the Pharmacies role and how they now needs to position themselves to have greater relevance.
